If you are not quite sure CrossFit is for you, schedule a No Sweat Intro. The No Sweat intro is a brief one on one meeting with one of your coaches to explain what CrossFit is and how our facility works as well as answer any questions or concerns you many have. This is a great first step to trying something new!
A short 15 min one on one meeting with one of your coaches to go over class flow, a facility tour, go over pricing and answer any questions you may have. You will not be doing a workout so very little stress.
